Ventilation:
Appropriate ventilation arrangement is provided in the factory. Provision of windows, exhaust fans and ceiling fans are provided in all areas except manufacturing and filling/sealing room.

In critical operational areas such as manufacturing room and filling/sealing room centralized A/C with filtered Air handling system has been provided. The Air from these areas is carried from lower portion through prefilter to AHU on 1st floor, and recirculated, after taking fresh air, through HEPA Filter at the ceiling level in the respective areas.

Class 10,000 classified rooms are used for the manufacturing of products.

Water Sanitation:
Source of Raw water: there are two Borewells as a source of Raw Water. The Raw water is processed through Multi-grade filter, Softener, Reverse osmosis system and finally through Cation, Anion and Mixed bed for demineralization.

The Demineralised water is further de-pyrogenated through Multi Column Distillation Unit and is stored in Jacketed S.S. 316 WFI storage tank above 800C and is used for manufacturing, cleaning in Production Area through S.S. 316 pipe linesin a loop system.
