Raw water is demineralised and used for manufacturing of Water for Injection, which is prepared freshly for production purpose.

Approved weighed raw materials are dissolved in Water for Injection as per Standard Master Formulae of the respective products, in cleaned & approved mixing tanks and after bulk clearance from Quality Control, bulk solution is filtered through serially arranged cartridge filters from coarse (for clarification) to finally 0.22 micron pore size filter and passed through S.S. 316 pipe lines to filling zone(Class 100).

0.22 micron filtered bulk solution is filled in plastic bottles being formed from granules and sealed immediately (FFS) on fully automatically controlled Bottle Pack Machine under a Laminar Air Flow arrangement in the machine

All good bottles are then individually labelled with appropriate product label printed with Mfg. Lice. No.,batch no.Mfg. Date, Exp Date, MRP etc..

The labelled bottles are then individually packed in polybags and then packed in corrugated boxes, which are kept in quarantine till clearance from Quality Control.

Despatch of Finished Goods is done after clearance from Quality Assurance.
