| Outline Of Arrangement
For Basic And In-Service Training Employees being the greatest asset of the company, at AHLCON every effort is put in to provide in-service training to its employees for sharpening their technical and managerial skills. AHLCON works with a philosophy of creating partners in the growth of company rather than taking employees. The employees in various functions are selected from those having requisite qualification, adequate relevant experience and knowledge, positive approach and good moral. All the employees are given basic training provided with the following objectives. 1. Prior to introduction of personnel on regular activity suitable training cum awareness is imparted for smooth induction of personnel in the organization. 2. Fresh employees are provided suitable awareness training on quality related subjects like GMP and ISO 9002. 3. Training needs in order to provide necessary training to all personnel in any position where lack of such knowledge would adversely affect the product quality or lead to excessive wastage are identified. All the employees are also given training regarding the manner of working, importance of working in a particular, proper and planned way looking into the very special and delicate nature of products being produced and intensity of serious repercussions in case of deviation from laid procedures. |
